The Science of Happiness

This class explores the science and theory behind a healthy psychology and physiology. Steeped in evidence-based hands on interventions, students will explore elements of wellness by participating in exercises designed to improve their health, relationship to themselves and relationship to others.
Note: This class can include a webdesign component whereby students create their own website using Weebly. Here students will collect interventions and information, as well as comment on various aspects of wellness. |
